Diagnostic fees cover professional testing, inspection, and troubleshooting procedures. Diagnostic charges do not include repair labor or parts unless otherwise stated.
Pricing listed reflects common repair ranges and may vary depending on vehicle make, model, engine configuration, rust, seized components, aftermarket modifications, parts availability, or additional repairs required.
Travel fees apply to extended service areas outside standard Tucson coverage zones and are disclosed prior to dispatch. Emergency and after-hours service rates apply between 8PM and 8AM.
Work orders must be reviewed and signed prior to repairs beginning. This protects both the customer and Right Lane Auto Repair by clearly documenting approved repairs, pricing, and services performed.
Repair estimates and work orders may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair. Any additional findings will be discussed with the customer before further work is performed. Repairs requiring additional authorization will not proceed until approval is received from the individual who signed the original work order.
Deposits may be required for certain repairs or special-order parts. Remaining balances are due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection procedures, including legal notice and mechanic’s lien processing in accordance with Arizona law.
Customer-supplied parts may affect warranty eligibility. Labor and parts warranties are only provided on qualifying parts sourced through approved suppliers or verifiable major parts distributors.
If a customer declines diagnostic recommendations or requests replacement of parts against technician recommendation, requested repairs may still be performed; however, no labor refund or warranty will be provided if the requested repair does not resolve the issue.
All estimates are provided whenever reasonably possible before repair approval. Policies are in place to ensure clear communication, quality repairs, and professional service for all customers.
