Policies
A legal disclaimer
Work Orders must be signed prior to work starting. This is to ensure both parties sides in the event of non-payment or the work not being done. Please note that remaining balance after deposit is due at finalization of the repairs. If the balance is not paid then a legal notice of 15 days will be provided before a Mechanic's Lien is filed.
Work orders are subject to change if there is new findings, these will be discussed with you (the customer) first prior to new work being done. All repairs will halt until receiving approval to proceed. Which only will be accepted if told by the signor of the work order.
Regarding customer provided parts; Parts and labor will NOT be warrantied unless purchased through a major parts dealer with proper channels to ensure part warranty.
Regarding Repairs; If you (the customer) denies diagnostic or repair suggestions, we WILL replace what you ask us to replace, but we will NOT refund or warranty labor if that does not fix the issue. You may know something about vehicles, sure. But if you ask us to, say, replace a thermostat but that is NOT the issue, that is your diagnostic ie. your decision and your problem.
These policies are in place due to past experience and to educate customers.
Thank you.
